A licensed architect surveys your home or office, redesigns the layout where it will improve daily life, prepares the permit drawings, and then runs the site with our in-house team until handover.

What a Renovation Company in Dubai
Has to Get Right
Permits. Any change to layouts, MEP or wet areas needs a Dubai Municipality permit on the mainland (Trakhees, DDA or DIFC in their zones), plus a no-objection certificate from your building management or master developer. We prepare and submit the drawings ourselves, which is why our projects don’t stop halfway.
Climate. Waterproofing failures are the most common renovation defect in Dubai. Every bathroom, kitchen and terrace we renovate gets a membrane system with a written 5-year warranty.
High-rise logistics. Tower renovations mean booked service lifts, restricted working hours, noise rules and protected common areas. We plan the programme around your building’s rules so you don’t receive complaints or fines.
Materials that last. Porcelain over soft stone in wet areas, low-VOC paints, AC-rated joinery and lighting specified for 40°C summers. The choices look the same in a render; they don’t after three years.
