Means in Dubai
Interior fit out is the work that turns an empty or outdated space into a finished, usable interior: partitions, ceilings, flooring, lighting, air-conditioning and electrical distribution, plumbing, joinery and finishes. In Dubai it also means getting the design approved by the building management and the relevant authority before work starts.
Commercial fit outs are usually described as Category A, the base finishes a landlord provides (raised floors, ceilings, basic lighting and air-conditioning), and Category B, the tenant’s own layout, meeting rooms, pantry, branding and furniture. We deliver both, as well as full residential fit outs of apartments and villas.
