We prepare the drawings and documents the building management asks for, apply for the NOC (and a Dubai Municipality or relevant authority permit when walls or MEP services change), book lifts and loading, protect corridors and lifts, and keep noisy work within the permitted hours so your neighbours and the building stay on your side.
